Amazing Adventures v3 #11, 1972 - The first to graduate from the X-men, Hank McCoy lands a prestigious job in genetic research. A fellow scientist soon goes rogue, collaborating with foreign spies. To foil the plot, Hank ingests a serum that changes him into even more of a Beast. Initially, the color of his fur is gray, but eventually turns blue by the issue fifteen. This Gerry Conway story was drawn by Tom Sutton and Syd Shores.
