Robin, Kid Flash and Wonder Girl are only beginning to acclimate their new teammates Cyborg, Changeling, Raven and Starfire to the threats at hand. Note that the villain appears in shadow, marking this issue as his first cameo cover appearance. This Marv Wolfman story was drawn by George Perez and Romeo Tanghal.
