Strange Tales v2 #169, 1973 - Returning to Haiti, the island of his birth, doctor Jericho Drumm is unable to save his brother dying from an evil curse. In the aftermath, he seeks revenge on the man responsible, only to fail. He then searches the jungle to find the reclusive tribal elder, Papa Jambo. With training and knowledge, he takes over his brother's mantle and becomes Brother Voodoo. This Len Wein story was drawn by Gene Colan and Dan Adkins.
