For the first time, his early days as a mercenary in Africa are chronicled. A run-in with the notorious Bushman results in Marc Spector's death. His subsequent resurrection and enhanced abilities lead to the birth of a new superhero. This Doug Moench story was drawn by Bill Sienkiewicz. Cover by Sienkiewicz.
