What The v1 #16, 1992 - Interesting ideas like Dagger as a luminescent ornament and Iron Man as a tin soldier deserve credit for creativity. Aside from that, Marshall Rogers settles for a mishmash of characters filling a crowded layout. Marie Severin's inks don't quite congeal with the pencils, but her style is immediately recognizable. Other artists in this issue include Aaron Lopresti, Darren Auck, Keith Wilson and Rurik Tyler. Note that a cover variant exists with an EC Comics theme. This is 2 of 2 What The? issues by Rogers.
