Exciting Comics v1 #9, 1941 - After a lifetime of being bullied for his weak disposition, pharmacist Bob Benton seeks to change his fortune through chemistry. With the help of his young assistant Tim, the mild mannered druggist creates a serum that changes both of them into dynamos with superhuman strength. Together, the Black Terror and Tim (sometimes referred to as the "terror Twins") become the scourge of criminals. Rather than donning the usual bright colored garb, this duo adopts solid black costumes adorned with skull and crossbones. This Richard Hughes story was drawn by David Gabrielsen.
