Eerie v1 #5, 1952 - Mistakenly attributed to Wally Wood in several comic guides, the cover is actually drawn by colleague Sid Check. I admit I see a similarity in style, particularly in their 1950s works. Other artists in this golden age horror comic include Vince Alascia and Ed Goldfarb.
