Hercules Unbound v1 #3, 1976 -After Jennifer's kidnapping, Hercules and Kevin follow the trail of her abductor into Hell itself. Orpheus, Pluto and other mythical characters are capably drawn, enhanced by Wally Wood's seasoned inking. The first splash is particularly good, showing a view of the heroes from below, framed by the cavernous opening. The battle between Hercules and Cerebus is also noteworthy, thanks to Wood's delineations.
