Daisy Duck's Diary / Four Color Comics v2 #1150 - Carl Barks art

Four Color Comics v2 #1150
(Walt Disney's) Daisy Duck's Diary / Four Color Comics v2 #1150, 1961Carl Barks nearly fills the entire issue (except for the cover) with his delightful artwork. Daisy Duck is paired with different supporting characters in each of the five short stories, including Grandma Duck, Uncle Scrooge, Donald Duck and her nieces April, May and June. While the quality of art is consistent throughout, Barks' inventiveness seems more apparent in the creatively funny concepts of "Daringly Different". "Ring Leader Roundup" was later reprinted in Walt Disney Comics Digest #22 and Donald Duck #259, "Sticky Situation" in >Walt Disney Comics Digest #12 and Daisy and Donald #5, "Ruling the Roost" in >Walt Disney Comics Digest #34 and "Too Much Help" in Walt Disney Comics Digest #42. This is 2 of 2 Daisy Duck's Diary issues by Barks.
