World’s Finest Comics v1 #3, 1941 - Unliked and disrespected, college professor Jonathan Crane makes more money selling his services to shady businessmen. As the Scarecrow, he can instill fear and chaos among customers and competitors. Batman and Robin soon take him down a peg or two. This story, written by Bill Finger and drawn by Bob Kane and George Roussos, was the last feature of many in this 96 page issue.
