In the midst of a huge crime wave, Dynomutt and his partner Blue Falcon take on more than they can handle. Searching for the criminal mastermind behind it all, are they overlooking Little Miss Goody Two Shoes? Or will their investigation run cold. Two stories were written by Mark Evanier and drawn by Paul Norris. Dan Spiegle illustrates a Scooby-Doo back-up tale. Cover by Norris.
