Hawkeye v1 #1, 1983 - Hired by Cross Technological Enterprises as their Chief of Security, the former Avenger gets his taste of a stable life: well paying job, nice apartment, new girlfriend, etc. Things go awry when he meets Mockingbird, a former Shield agent investigating his employer. This first issue begins a four part limited series and comes decades after his first appearance. Hawkeye's first solo title is written by Mark Gruenwald and drawn by Gruenwald and Brett Breeding.
