Freedom Fighters v1 #1, 1976 - Revived from the golden age in Justice League of America #107, Uncle Sam, Phantom Lady, Black Condor, Doll Man, Human Bomb and the Ray leave their alternate Earth for ours. After seeing them battle a super villain, New York City provides an old armory building for their use as a headquarters. This first issue, written by Martin Pasko and drawn by Ric Estrada and Mike Royer, also introduces new powers for the Phantom Lady. Cover by Ernie Chua.
