Mystery Comics Digest v1 #26, 1975 - The last issue of the series, this digest contains a very early
Jeff Jones story. First published in
Boris Karloff Tales of Mystery #21, it shows a young artist still struggling with the comic book medium. Note the photo above is the later Whitman variant, not the original Gold Key edition. Other artists in this issue include Mike Roy, John Celardo, Win Mortimer, Dan Spiegle, Art Saaf, Till Goodan, Mike Peppe, Bill Ziegler, Oscar Novelle, Tom Gill, Bob Jenney and Frank Bolle.
