Amazing Spider-Man v1 Annual #23, 1989 - A fairly busy masthead occupies much of this cover. including three different logos. Despite this fact, John Byrne's drawing gives this issue a much needed lift. Spider-man, She Hulk and the Abomination form a quasi-circular path, leading the eye from one figure to another. An uprooted lamp post points directly at the title character. Other artists in this copper age comic include include Rob Liefeld, Tim Dzon, James Brock, Gavin Curtis, Vince Mielcarek and Keith Williams.
