Thrilling Comics v1 #73, 1948 - Frank Frazetta illustrates his final Looie Lazybones for the series. In a feud with the Tuzzlewits, the handsome hillbilly encounters their newest weapon: the vivacious Terrible Tess. Most of the drawings lack of definition, even the opening panel. Most of Frazetta’s effort goes into his rendition of Tess. The results are mixed, but fare better than most panels. His quality of his brushwork varies greatly, but noticeably falters toward the end. Other artists in this issue include Leo Morey, Ruben Moreira and Art Saaf. Cover by Alex Schomburg. This is 8 of 8 Thrilling Comics issues by Frazetta.
