The Unexpected #155 - Nestor Redondo art

The Unexpected v1 #155, 1974 - A greedy railroad magnate does the unthinkable to maintain his wealth and influence. Set in the early days of mass transport, Nestor Redondo does a credible job with depicting both the railroad cars and horse-drawn carriages of the era. The opening panel is precisely inked, even as it sets an ominous tone. Other artists in this issue include Abe Ocampo, Don Perlin and Nick Cardy (cover). This is number 2 of 7 Unexpected issues with Redondo art and/or covers. See today's posts or more Redondo or Unexpected issues. See also this blog's Redondo checklist or Top 10 Redondo comics.
