Shadow of the Batman v1 #3, 1985 - Deadshot and the Penguin feature prominently in this issue's Batman stories. Marshall Rogers' cover is the weakest of the series, lacking both draftsmanship and a strong layout. His reprinted works from Detective Comics #473, Detective Comics #474 and Weird War Tales #52 fare much better. This is 3 of 5 Shadow of the Batman issues by Rogers.
