Spooky Haunted House v1 #1, 1972 - Tired of his old, run-down house, Spooky decides to look for a new home. He sees an ancient castle for sale and gets a tour from the ghostly owner. They suddenly see a pair of large monsters wandering outside, making the castle far scarier and less desirable than before. This bronze age first issue was drawn by Warren Kremer. Cover by Kremer.
