Drift Marlo v1 #NN (no number) (#1), 1962 - When the defensive rocket "Peacemaker" is set to be launched into orbit, a series of suspicious events causes delays. Space detective Drift Marlo is on the case, investigating everything from hardware sabotage to mysterious footprints. A pretty secretary named Claire, unable to get Drift's attention, becomes frustrated with his intense focus on solving the mystery. This Philip Evans story was drawn by Tom Cooke. Painted cover by Earl Mayan. Marlo began his own newspaper strip only the year before.
