Flash #296 - Jim Starlin art

Flash #296
The Flash v1 #294, 1981 - Accompanying the main Flash feature in this issue is a short Firestorm tale. When the Human Typhoon heads to Sydney, Australia, the young hero races to confront him. Jim Starlin concludes a three-part storyline, among his weaker efforts of the late bronze age. Certain panels show a strong sense of design (see interior page), but his drawings overall show a lack of detail and effort. Other artists in this copper age comic include Dick Giordano and Bob Smith. Cover by Carmine Infantino. This is 3 of 3 Flash issues by Starlin.
