Batman Family #11 |
Batman Family v1 #11, 1977 -
Marshall Rogers begins drawing the Man-Bat tale, backing up the main Robin/Batgirl feature. His layouts bring a freshness and enthusiasm for the character, despite the occasional crowded panel. Unfortunately, his vigor is dampened by Tex Blaisdell's loosely applied inks. Certain faces seem imprecise and overall his finishes lack clarity. Other artists in this bronze age comic include Curt Swan, Vince Colletta, Carl Potts and Frank McLaughlin. Cover by Jim Aparo. This is 1 of 3
