Ghosts v1 #89, 1980 - To his horror, skeletal mermaids appear in the reflection of a snorkeler's mask. While a clever idea, Joe Kubert's drawing lacks some of the polish and skill of earlier works. The exaggerated facial proportions of the diver go a bit too far for my tastes. Other artists in this copper age comic include Romeo Tanghal, Tenny Henson and Tom Yeates. This is 1 of 6 Ghosts issues by Kubert.
