Texas Rangers in Action #13 - Al Williamson art

Texas Rangers in Action #13
Texas Rangers in Action v1 #13, 1958A lone Texas ranger rides into the town of Riata, infested with fake lawmen and cattle rustlers. The illustrations are loose and painterly, but lack definition on most of the panels. Some of Al Williamson's faces and figures are formulaic, with a handful of deviations. Past the eye-pleasing large opening panel, the artwork mostly falls short. Other artists in this golden age western comic include Sal Trapani. This is 2 of 2 Texas Rangers in Action issues by Williamson.
