G.I. Combat #70 - Joe Kubert art

G.I. Combat #70
G.I. Combat v1 #70, 1959 - Whether on land, sea or air, the soldier's job is to find and neutralize the enemy "hot spot", where the bulk of activity is. No one character stands out these collective scenes, each is heroically portrayed by Joe Kubert. The three different tasks fit within six pages, allowing the artist to maximize variety and visual interest. This story was later reprinted in Our Army at War #241. Other artists in this golden age comic include Jerry Grandenetti, Ross Andru and Mike Esposito. This is 18 of 190 G.I. Combat issues by Kubert.
