Flash #195 - Neal Adams cover

Neal Adams
The Flash v1 #195, 1970 - While protecting a chained dog, the hero finds himself surrounded by an angry mob. Neal Adams' realistic style comes through on this unusually themed cover. Aside from the two men opposite the Flash, the rest of the gang is mostly comprised of individuals. The excellent renditions and fine detail throughout make this cover Adams' finest of the series. Other artists in this issue include Gil Kane and Murphy Anderson. This is number 2 of 14 Flash issues with Adams art and/or covers. See today's posts or more Adams or Flash issues.
