Creepy v1 #83, 1976 - Bored and living on a craggy asteroid, a husband and wife use their image selector to create more interesting environments. Lushly illustrated by Al Williamson, panels are filled with exotic flora and fauna. Decorative borders on each page add little to the artist's already imaginative drawings. This story was later reprinted in Creepy #137. A second tale features a traveling salesman, a teenage girl and her little brother. Carmine Infantino's pencils mostly dominate, despite Bernie Wrightson's inking. It's painfully evident that their artistic approaches are mostly dissimilar. Wrightson's style emerges on only a handful of panels, mainly in the shadows (see interior page shown below). Compare this work to his more recognizable inside front cover. This story was later reprinted in Creepy #113. Lastly, Frank Frazetta's cover from Creepy #15 is re-purposed. Other artists in this bronze age magazine include Jose Ortiz.
