Captain Sternn, Running Out of Time #4, 1993 - On this series, Bernie Wrightson's covers generally tend to be stronger than his interiors. While adequately done, the artwork would have probably benefited from his own inks. He does intersperse four well designed double-page spreads to good effect, creating visual breaks during the lengthy story. The idyllic scene within a grove of apple trees (pages 13-14) is a highlight of an otherwise lackluster effort.
