Punisher P.O.V. #4, 1991 - A baby mutates into a horrific creature that lives in the city sewers. A disturbing Bernie Wrightson splash shows its encounter with the Punisher in a scene reminiscent of Aliens. The visuals are frightening yet utterly compelling.
