Fear #15 / Man-Thing - Frank Brunner cover

Adventure into Fear #15 featuring the Man-Thing, 1973 - Frank Brunner draws his first of three memorable Man-Thing covers. His use of light and shadow give the figures

added dimension, especially the creative in the foreground. Sensitively rendered, the cover is representative of Brunner's many fine bronze age works. Other artists in this issue include Val Mayerick and Frank McLaughlin. This is number 1 of 3 Fear issues with Brunner art and/or covers. See today's posts or more Brunner, Fear or Man-Thing issues.
